“We were extremely troubled to learn of this incident, and we have been working directly with the customer to address this situation. We value our customers’ trust, and this experience was completely unacceptable. We will support local authorities in any investigation,” a Starbucks spokesperson told KTLA via email. “At this point, I can confirm that this partner (employee) no longer works for Starbucks.”
Martinez reportedly decided not to press charges against the girl after learning she had been fired.
CALIFORNIA - Video has surfaced online of a woman in California confronting a Starbucks cashier for going on a spending spree with her credit card.
"We got you on camera yesterday at Ralph's for $200, so just know that the cops are coming up here," Juana Martinez told the 19-year-old Starbucks employee.
