IRAN - Iran state television released images of the 10 U.S. sailors that the Iranian military held in custody overnight Tuesday. Two videos were also released. The first showing humiliating footage of the moment sailors were captured and the second video showing a sailor apologize.

Both the US and Iran agree the Iranian government captured two Navy boats after they entered Iranian territorial waters.

Charlie Rose asked Vice President Joe Biden: Should we apologize to the Iranians?

Vice President Biden: No. when you have a problem with a boat? do you apologize the boat had problems? there is no looking for an apology. this was standard and nautical practice.
