Florida man arrested for throwing alligator into Wendy's drive-thru window

FLORIDA - Police in Florida have arrested 24 year old Joshua James for throwing a live alligator through a Wendy's restaurant drive-through window. James tossed the 3½-foot alligator into a Wendy’s last fall, according Florida Fish and Wildlife.

James faces three charges:
  1. Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
  2. Unlawful sale, possession or transporting of an alligator
  3. Petty theft
