POLL: Should flag burning be illegal in the United States?

WASHINGTON - Currently flag burning is a constitutionally protected right under the First Amendment. Earlier today President-elect Donald Trump tweeted: "Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag - if they do, there must be consequences - perhaps loss of citizenship or year in jail!" In 2005 Hillary Clinton co-sponsored a Senate bill similar to Donald Trump's suggestions.
